We guarantee the build quality of our grid units. If our hardware stabilization results do not line up with your specific local electrical infrastructure, you can utilize our standard device return process.

60-Day Satisfaction Framework

Every buyer retains an extended 60-day window counting from the package delivery date to submit an official claim. To secure complete reimbursement, the system must remain intact, functionally undamaged, and accompanied by its factory boxes.

Initiating a Case

To verify your product transit authorization, please communicate with our administrative branches:

Our service desk will provide an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket along with logistical instructions. Consignments processed without an assigned RMA code cannot be accepted by our terminal.

Financial Settlement

Following the arrival and physical assessment of your returned module, a status confirmation will be issued. Settled claims are routed back to the initial banking asset utilized. Settlement updates typically clear via card networks within 5 to 10 standard business days.

Logistics Coverage

The financial overhead associated with return dispatch is managed entirely by the applicant. Be advised that initial delivery tariffs applied during the primary acquisition phase are strictly non-reimbursable.
